Miranda, a Grade 10 student from St. Michael the Archangel, and Lorrene Belle Feliciano, a Grade 9 student from St. Pedro Calungsod were hailed First runner-up at the invitational Math-Sci Quiz Bee in celebration of Barangay San Fermin&#8217;s 4th Panagrang-Ay Festival held at the Isabela Convention Center (ICON). Accompanied by their Science teacher, Sir Rolando A.
