With this year’s theme, “God’s Word, The Breath of New Life,” the first month of the year concluded with the culmination of the Bible month at the JHS gymnasium spearheaded by Regin Rex S. Apostol, CFP Club adviser, with the assistance of the CFP club officers, January 31.

Days prior to the culmination day, Teen PillariCANs from grades 7 to 10 joined the activities in the library prepared by the CFP club such as Bible Quiz Bee, Bible scanning, Bookmark making, Rosary making, Poster making, and Slogan making.

On the other hand, the culmination day highlighted the talents of Teen PillariCANs who joined the character parade with storytelling and parable interpretative dance where the class of Grade 10 St. Michael the Archangel was hailed the champion with their realistic performance of the Parable of the Good Samaritan, Grade 9 St. Francis of Assisi finished as runner up with their portrayal of the Parable of the lamp stand, next up was Grade 10 St. Thomas Aquinas with the Parable of the Prodigal Son, followed by Grade 9 St. Pedro Calungsod and Grade 9 St. Ignatius of Loyola with their performances of the Parable of the 10 virgins. During the awarding ceremony, Teen PillariCANs were awarded with certificates of participation and recognition, medals, and trophies to show appreciation to their willingness in joining different contested activities that showcase their talents.
