ADMISSION PROCEDURES & REQUIREMENTS


COLLEGE

The school implements open admission policy. All Freshman applicant who meet the general requirements may be admitted. The school reserves the right to refuse the admission of applicant for such reasons as limitation of school facilities poor academic performance an engaging in any activities contrary to the institutional Philosophy, mission and vision. However, the following retention policies concerning board courses shall be applied:

The general requirements for admission are:
  1. Form 138-A
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. 2 copies of 2×2 ID picture
  4. Passed interview with Guidance Counselor/Dean
  5. Birth Certificate (NSO or PSA copy)
For Transferees

Transferees may be admitted on probationary/temporary basis upon submission of the following credentials:

  1. Honorable Dismissal
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. Interview for recommendation with concerned Dean
  4. TOR/Certification of Earned Units
